Terms and Conditions
Booking:
- workshops have to be booked in advance through our online shops.
- We will not hold any space until you have booked a spot.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel at least 4 days before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund
- If you cancel less than 4 days in advance you will receive a refund of half of the workshop fee.
- If you cancel on short notice (less than 24 hours before the workshop) or don’t show up you will not receive any refund.
(We count days as in 24 hour units before the workshop starts)
Holding Space:
- we can’t hold spaces for anyone in advance.
- Workshop spots will be made available for everyone at the same time.
- If you had to cancel, we will not hold a space at the next workshop for you. We will cancel and refund your money.

How do i book a workshop?

The workshop i wanted to attend is already fully booked. When will it happen again?
We rotate printing and binding workshops monthly.
Where can i see all the workshops you offer?
If you click the workshop logos in the first page, it will lead you to an overview of all workshops we offer atm.
Can i be put on a waiting list if a workshop is full?
Unfortunately we can’t do a waiting list. We will post online when workshop spots become available after cancellation.
I am part of a group / design studio / school / youth club / university and would like you to make a workshop just for our group. Is that possible?
Yes, we do that on a regular basis. Please get in touch with hallo@colorama.space to talk further.
How far in advance can i book a workshop?

What is your COVID policy?
All workshops are 2G+,
an up to date test is required for everyone, regardless of a booster vaccination.
Can i come and print myself?
You can only come and print yourself if you are a Workshop Member.
The Membership is for FLINTA* with little ressources only. If these qualifications don’t apply to you you are welcome to atten our regular workshops or to use the printing service from Colorama!
I do have a studio space / a risoprinter at Uni, can i still become a member?
Nope.

- If you cancel less than 7 days in advance you will receive a refund of half of the workshop fee.
- If you cancel on short notice (less than 48 hours before the workshop) or don’t show up you will not receive any refund.
(We count days as in 24 hour units before the workshop starts)
*ARTIST BOOK WORKSHOP*: All cancellation notice periods are doubled.
